EestitWhen ordering from the Avaexperts e-store, you can pick up the goods yourself at Kalda 9a, order the goods at SmartPOST, Omniva parcel machine and Itella parcel machine. Which parcel machine and courier services can be used to pick up the package is displayed in the e-store when you select the delivery method.
Through SmartPost and Omniva parcel machines, the goods can be received within 3-7 working days. Delivery times may change according to the workload of transport partners and the season (for example, large e-shop campaigns such as Black Friday or E-Monday, the time before Christmas, etc.) – we always do our best to ensure that the delivery time forecast shown when completing the purchase is as accurate as possible.
When ordering outside of Estonia, the delivery time is 10 working days.
Avaexperts ordered products can be picked up at Kalda 9a, Tallinn during opening hours upon presentation of an identity document (ID card, passport, driver’s license) and order number.
The delivery fee is not added to the product when ordering Kalda 9a.
If the customer does not pick up the goods within 14 calendar days, the customer is deemed to have withdrawn from the contract. We will return the purchase amount of uncollected orders, including postage, immediately, but no later than within 30 calendar days, to the same current account from which the purchase was paid.
I order the goods to the parcel machine
When ordering a SmartPOST or Omniva or Itella parcel machine (Estonia), a €5.00 delivery fee is added to the price.
The Customer is notified of the arrival of the goods at the parcel machine by an SMS message containing a unique door code to open the door. Instructions for using the code and opening the parcel box can be found on the parcel machine’s touchscreen.
If the customer does not take the goods out of the parcel machine within 7 days, the customer is deemed to have withdrawn from the contract. We will return the purchase amount of unclaimed orders, including postage, immediately, but no later than within 14 calendar days, to the same current account from which the purchase was paid.
